Why is there a 12-month commitment for Foundation, Extended and Guided?

Separation isn’t a single moment, it’s a process with stages. A 12-month membership ensures you’re supported through the full transition, not just the initial crisis. This allows space for clarity, adjustment, and rebuilding, rather than rushed decisions or short-term fixes.

Choose Foundation if

  • You’re not sure where to start
  • You want help understanding what needs to happen, and in what order.
  • You want clarity on your options
  • You want to know  which specialists or support you might need


Choose Extended if

  • You’d value everything in Foundation
  • You’d like the comfort of an additional 3 further calls to help you stay organised, think things through as they arise, and move forward with clarity at each stage.


Choose Guided if

  • You’d value everything in Foundation
  • You’d like the comfort of an additional 5 calls
  • You’d value the safety and comfort of having continuous access to your Transition Specialist in order to talk and make decsions. 

Yes. You can upgrade from Foundation to Extended at any point during your 12 months. You’ll simply pay the difference for the remaining months. There are no penalties or complicated calculations.

We don’t offer downgrades during the 12-month term, as Extended includes time and support that we allocate in advance. However, you can move to Alumni membership after completing your year.

At the end of your 12 months, you can continue at the same level, move to Alumni membership to stay connected, or complete your journey knowing you’ve built strong foundations for what comes next.

Alumni membership is available to women who have completed a 12-month Foundation or Extended membership. It’s designed for those who want to stay connected to the community, access new resources and events, and book Mentor Advisor calls when needed.

Absolutely. Many women arrive feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or stuck. You don’t need a clear plan to start — that’s what we help you build.

Our specialists are selected based on their qualifications, experience, approach and values and every one of them agrees to our Code of Conduct before joining the network. We don’t accept referral fees or commercial arrangements from any of them. Our recommendations are made in your interest alone.
