Separation isn’t a single moment — it’s a process with stages. A 12-month membership ensures you’re supported through the full transition, not just the initial crisis. This allows space for clarity, adjustment, and rebuilding, rather than rushed decisions or short-term fixes.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. While Foundation and Extended are designed as 12-month memberships, if something significant changes, please reach out to us. We’ll always approach conversations with care and compassion.
We don’t offer formal pauses, as continuity of support is important. However, if you need breathing room or something unexpected arises, contact us and we’ll talk through what’s happening and explore the best way forward together.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. Many women start with the free trial to explore resources and get a feel for amelliora. From there, Foundation suits those looking for clarity and structure, while Extended is best for women navigating more complexity or wanting closer support. We’re always happy to help you think it through.
Yes. You can upgrade from Foundation to Extended at any point during your 12 months. You’ll simply pay the difference for the remaining months. There are no penalties or complicated calculations.
We don’t offer downgrades during the 12-month term, as Extended includes time and support that we allocate in advance. However, you can move to Alumni membership after completing your year.
At the end of your 12 months, you can continue at the same level, move to Alumni membership to stay connected, or complete your journey knowing you’ve built strong foundations for what comes next.
Alumni membership is available to women who have completed a 12-month Foundation or Extended membership. It’s designed for those who want to stay connected to the community, access new resources and events, and book Mentor Advisor calls when needed.
We know separation can bring sudden financial pressure. If cost is genuinely preventing you from accessing support, you can complete our short questionnaire and select “financial support needed”. Through our partners, we may be able to explore pro bono or reduced-cost options where available.
Yes. The 2-week free trial requires no payment details and no commitment. It’s simply a chance to explore resources, understand how amelliora works, and decide what feels right for you.
